Private Dining Rooms — your own door, your own menu

Three private rooms for twelve to sixty guests, each with a dedicated host, a bespoke menu and — if the night calls for it — a reserved gaming table after dessert. Rooms are held with a 20% deposit, credited in full against the final bill.

From $800 minimum spend · deposit credited in full Lunch or evening hire 12–60 guests

The service

Three rooms, three characters, one standard of cooking

The Cabinet seats twelve behind an oak door and suits the negotiation that shouldn't happen within earshot of the room. The Mezzanine takes twenty-four under the skylight with its own bar station. The Terrace Room opens fully onto the courtyard for up to sixty — the wedding format that has run here since 2019.

Every private booking gets a menu consultation with the kitchen — not a set list of banquet options. Allergies, halal, vegan and the one guest who doesn't eat seafood are mapped course by course before a single invitation goes out. One revision round is included in every quote; the price on the quote is the price on the bill.

Three rooms with their own doors

The Cabinet seats twelve, the Mezzanine twenty-four under the skylight, the Terrace Room sixty onto the courtyard.

A menu built for your room

A menu consultation with the kitchen for every booking — allergies, halal and the one guest who avoids seafood, mapped course by course.

One revision round included

Every quote carries a revision round, and the price on the quote is the price on the bill — in writing.

A dedicated host on the night

Timing, speeches, dietary adjustments and the cake from outside — your host runs all of it while you host your guests.

The floor after dessert

Evening bookings can add a reserved gaming table with a dedicated dealer from 9pm and a beginner lesson for the whole room.

AV and branding in-house

Screens, microphones, printed menus and signage are produced on site and listed line by line on the quote.

The experience

A host who runs the room so you don't have to

Each private booking is assigned a dedicated host for the night — timing, dietary adjustments, speeches, the cake that arrives from outside, the uncle who wants a whisky the cellar doesn't stock. You are a guest at your own event; that is the entire arrangement.

For evening bookings, the night can continue downstairs: a reserved gaming table with a dedicated dealer from 9pm, beginner lessons for the half of the room that has never held a chip, and a cage that stays open until the last guest cashes out.

How the night runs

Three stages, no surprises

01

The brief

Tell us the occasion, headcount and budget. The events team replies within one business day with two room options and a draft menu built around your guests.

02

The tasting

For bookings over twenty guests, the kitchen hosts a menu tasting in the Cabinet — you try the courses before the invitations go out, and one revision round is included.

03

The night itself

Your dedicated host runs the timeline — courses, speeches, dietary adjustments — so the only job left for you is hosting your own guests.

"They ran our wedding like a theatre production. The private room, the menu, the host — and the bill matched the quote to the dollar. Guests still talk about the dessert trolley."
