Corporate Events & Functions — boardroom to ballroom, one kitchen
Boardroom lunches for eight, product launches on the mezzanine for forty, galas for three hundred — produced by a named events captain with a written run-sheet, in-house AV and a menu mapped to every guest's requirements. Quotes within one business day.
The service
A venue that runs corporate work like a service, not a function
Corporate work is a third of this house, and it runs on the same line as the dining room: the boardroom lunch gets the same kitchen as the tasting menu, the gala gets the same brigade as a Saturday service. Your events captain builds the run-sheet — course timing, AV checks, speech cues, room resets between sessions — and you approve it in writing before anything is locked in.
Every guest's dietary requirements are mapped course by course before the event — vegan, halal, gluten-free and the combinations that usually break banquet kitchens. AV, staging, printed menus and signage are produced in-house and listed as line items, so the quote you sign is the invoice you pay.
What's included
One captain, one run-sheet, one invoice
Rooms for 8 to 300
The Cabinet for the board, the Mezzanine for the launch, the Terrace and courtyard for the gala — one venue, one invoice.
A written run-sheet
Course timing, AV checks, speeches and room resets — approved by you before anything happens on the night.
One captain per event
A named events captain from first call to last cab — no rotating contacts, no handover gaps.
Branding handled in-house
Printed menus, signage and stage dressing produced on site — your brand on the room, not a sticker on the wall.
Payment plans
Quarterly invoicing and staged payments for multi-day programs — agreed in writing before the brief closes.
The floor, reserved
Evening events can add a private gaming section with dealers and beginner lessons for the team.
The room, set for service
The Mezzanine, set for a 40-guest launch
The experience
One captain, one run-sheet, one invoice
Every booking gets a named events captain from first call to last cab — the single point of contact who knows the room, the kitchen and your agenda. Multi-day conferences, back-to-back board lunches and multi-room formats run as one production with one timeline, not a series of separate bookings.
Evening formats can add the floor downstairs: a private gaming section with dealers and lessons for the half of the team that has never held a chip, budgets set at the cage before play, and the room held until the last guest cashes out.

How the night runs
Three stages, no surprises
Send the brief
Occasion, headcount, date range, budget. The events team replies within one business day with room options and a draft menu.
Walk the room
Weekday walk-throughs at 3pm cover the rooms, the floor and the kitchen — bring the stakeholders, the coffee is on us.
Run the night
Your captain runs the timeline on the night — courses, cues, AV, dietary adjustments — so you can host your own guests.
"They ran our 300-guest gala like a Friday service — calm, on time, and the invoice matched the quote. The board now books the Cabinet for every quarterly."
