Cookie Policy — what we store in your browser
This site stores a small number of cookies and browser entries: one to remember your cookie choice, one for booking security, and analytics that tell us which dishes people read about. No advertising trackers, no data sales, and every entry listed below.

The cookies we set
cookies-accepted (localStorage) — remembers your choice on the cookie banner so it doesn't ask twice. Set only when you press Accept or Decline, and cleared whenever you clear your browser storage.
Session preferences — the reservation form remembers nothing between visits; what you type goes to the booking, not to a profile. The dish explorer and menu tabs keep their state only for the page you're on.
What we don't do
No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no data brokerage — the analytics we run are aggregate and anonymous, used to answer questions like "which dish page do people actually read" and nothing more personal than that. No third-party ad networks receive anything from this site, ever.

Changing your mind
Pressing Decline stores your refusal the same way Accept stores consent — the banner stays down either way. To change your choice, clear site data in your browser or ask the floor team to walk you through it; the banner will ask again on your next visit, exactly once.
Third-party embeds
The contacts page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find the corner; Google may set its own cookies when it loads, under its own policies, and only after you land on the page that embeds it. The booking form and the newsletter forms run on our own domain and set nothing beyond what's described here.

Questions about this policy
No. The site works fully with cookies declined — the banner remembers your choice, and that's the only storage it needs. Bookings, menus and the journal all work either way.
One value — true or false — recording what you chose on the banner. It holds no personal data and exists only so the banner doesn't ask you every visit.
No. There are no advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this site, and there never will be — the house doesn't run ads.
Questions about this page

Prefer none? Decline works as well as accept — the house serves both. Questions reach a person within one business day.
