Pricing FAQs
Money questions, straight answers
Everything else — gaming terms, privacy, refunds — lives on the main FAQ page and the refunds policy.
Standard tables: no deposit, just a card hold for parties of six or more. Private rooms and events: 20% deposit, fully credited against your final bill.
Express Lunch includes one drink. Signature Evening includes the five-pour pairing. Casino Royale includes beer, wine and standard spirits at the table; premium cellar labels are billed separately.
Only one: a 10% public-holiday surcharge, disclosed on the menu and your confirmation. No weekend, Sunday or "peak seating" add-ons — ever.
Unused vouchers refund in full within 30 days of purchase — no questions, no fees. Partially used vouchers refund the remaining balance. Full details on the refunds page.
